Flambeaux |
One name for a collection of work by two individual potters from different states: Kent Follette from Dubach, Louisiana and Bill Campbell from Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. These two good friends each contribute their own shapes to the Flambeaux line working out of their respective studios. The common denominator is their friendship and the use of crystalline glazes on their porcelain bodies.
All functional, the range of color and pattern from the glazes, and the shapes developed by each long time potter makes Flambeaux Pottery interesting and always beautiful.
